For our 40th wedding anniversary we booked one night at The Bear Hotel in Crickhowell, Wales, about [the booking website] Super.com.
The details were properly confirmed in an e -mail, but when I called the hotel to check through the food, there was no trace of booking.
It turned out that we had been booked at The Bear Hotel in Cowbridge.
Super.com insists that the booking was not-Financing and refused to return our money.
When we sent evidence for his mistake It didn’t answer.

Cowbridge looks appealing, but it wasn’t where they wanted to be. In your confirmation -E email, the booking for crickhowell is given, although a room was booked 50 miles away.
Super.com didn’t have the courtesy to answer me either, but my overtures triggered a refund, albeit without an excuse or recognition of his stub.
