Tomos Williams will be rated after he was dropped against Western Force on Saturday during the victory of the British and Irish Lions.
Williams scored twice when the Lions used their defeat against Argentina last week. Skipper Dan Sheehan, Garry Ringrose, Joe McCarthy and Alex Mitchell also achieved a much changed team in Perth.

The Scrum half was one of the Lions star actors in the Optus Stadium, but his match was over when he injured his left armpit during the year of the end of his second attempt in the 47th minute.
After the game, coach Andy Farrell confirmed the injury and told Sky Sports: “It is a close knee. You don’t know what these things are. We will judge that.”
Lions went within two minutes to be immediately back from their hosts. A hectic first half led to a quieter second second when the Lions Gulf finally examined in class.
Farrell added: “[The game provided] Learn a lot from last week and the same from this week. If we could get the serenity out in the second half, we could be nice and quiet.

“I mean, let’s be honest, the troops took it in. I thought they played a hard game with high value. They kept the ball really well and we kept them in a good field POS by our sick discipline.
“It was a really good test for us in this first half, happy how we composed at half -time and retained our serenity in the second half.
“There are nine new caps there. A few boys did not play that they can play in the next games.
“It is nice to get attempts to get the board and a few good individual performances. This is all good for the future, and we have to drive ourselves further.
“If you want to see what a lion should do for his teammates, Mack Hansen is the field up and down and fought for his teammates. That is the kind of mind we want.”
