“The thing with this sport and this tour is that it comes and goes so quickly. You have to make the best of it,” said England Flanker.

“Every meeting and every session. Before you know it, we will play in Australia so that we cannot allow ourselves to pass moments by.

“We talk a lot about respect with our own teammates. We only have six weeks together. Respect is so difficult to earn, but so easy to lose.

“It is really important that we immerse every session and every meeting in the right direction and press in the right direction.

“We have to pull closer, it’s the only way. I have the feeling that this group took so many steps from the field. I don’t have a bad word to say.”

The Lions Ambition showed against Argentina and dominated the Scrum, but the large number of handling errors, faulty line-out and susceptibility in the air are areas in which urgent problem is affected.

Curry, who impressed outside of his own expiry passes, repeated Farrell’s warning that a lack of time together should not be seen as an obstacle to success on the tour.

“We immediately cracked this in the bud. You can get into the sixth week and still make the same excuse. Six weeks are not long, so we cannot enforce this apology all the way,” he said.

“We have to take personal responsibility for our own services and, as excited, we come to the ball.

“On the other hand, it is really exciting because we got the ball in our hands and have come into great places. But come on, we have to take personal responsibility for the ball if we have it.”

Fin Smith gave his Lions debut in Dublin and the England-Fly-Half is the need to gather as soon as possible after the disappointment against Argentina.

“The main thing is how quickly we can react and how quickly we can stop to apologize. We have to return to the training part and get better as soon as possible.

“No moping, no swelling. We have to get back on the horse and have conversations that will make us better. This is definitely the goal.”
