A jubilee Oleksandr Usyk mocked the critics and doubts who suggested that age closed and made him susceptible to Daniel Dubois in the Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening. Instead, he produced a blasty master class that led to a demolition of dubois in the fifth round. “Thirty -eight is a young man, remember!” Usyk joked. “Thirty -eight, it’s just the beginning!”
The undisputed heavyweight champion said a few minutes after he had sealed his dominant victory in the ring and said he hadn’t decided who he could fight next. “I don’t know,” he said. “I want to rest. I want to be at home with my family, my wife, my children. Maybe I want to rest for two or three months. Just look.”

He urged his options to take into account, and said: “Maybe it is Tyson Fury. Maybe we have three options. Derek Chisora. Anthony Joshua. Maybe Joseph Parker? I can’t say now because I want to return home.”
Dubois was great in defeat: “I have to praise him with his performance. I gave everything I had. There were probably a few things I could have sharpened.
His trainer Don Charles praised Usyk, but also promised that Dubois would return from his shattering defeat. “This is a great champion, a great generation. If you want to lose, do you lose against someone like this?
