Teddi Mellencamp pauses immunotherapy to regain strength during cancer treatment

Teddi Mellencamp gave the fans an update with regard to their cancer treatment.

The former Real housewives from Beverly Hills The 44 -year -old star was diagnosed with melanoma in 2022. Her condition rose to the fourth stage in February this year and metastasized on the lungs and brain. Then a larger brain operation was subjected to four tumors. After the operation, she received immunotherapy that Mellencamp unveiled with Tamra Richter on Wednesday. Two TS in a pod, that she stopped.

“Essentially, what we found out with me, yes, I felt great, and I could do all of the pods and I could do all of these things and I could go to my daughter’s horse shows and I could stay in my house alone,” I felt very strong, “explained the reality television star.

“And what happens to me is that the longer I am on immunotherapy, the more sick it makes me.”

Mellencamp explained that the side effects of the treatment were hardly able to keep their eyes open and fight to “keep their words straight”. She said she would temporarily stop immunotherapy to help her body regain his strength.

“I am on steroids and we do everything we can to bring me back to the feeling like me, you know, I can do that, I can do all things,” she said.

The Health update of the reality television star came a week after her open interview with GlossWhere she turned to her doctors because she had not carried out scans of her melanoma in stage 1 when it was discovered on her shoulder for the first time.

“I never really thought about it because I said: ‘I go to the doctor every three months. Why shouldn’t you have me checked?’ My highest melanoma on my shoulder was the first stage.

Mellencamp and her alienated husband Edwin Arroyave share three small children: Slate, 12; Cruz, 10; and pigeon, five.

In addition to the publication of updates on their cancer treatment on social media, Mellencamp has detailed how their children are affected by their condition.

“I’m fighting for my life,” she said during an interview US Weekly in April. “But also for my family’s life and all the people I love.”
