A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket brought two powerful communication satellites onto the market today (July 22) and then landed at sea on a ship.
The Falcon 9 was canceled today at 5.12 p.m. EDT (2112 GMT) from Floridas Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and transported SES ‘O3B MPOWER 9 and 10 satellites towards medium -sized earth orbit (MeO), about 5,000 miles (8,000 kilometers) above our planet.
That was a day later than originally planned. SpaceX tried to start the mission on Monday (July 21), but broke out 11 seconds before withdrawal, for reasons that the company did not immediately explain.

The first stage of the Falcon 9 returned to earth as planned, as was planned about 8.5 minutes after the start, and landed on the SpaceX -Droneship “Read the instructions” that was stationed in the Atlantic.
According to a SpaceX mission description, it was the sixth start and landing for this special booster, which is known as B1090.
If everything goes according to plan today, the upper stage of Falcon 9 will continue to carry the two satellites from MPOWER to Meo and will be used there about two hours after the elevator over a seven -minute route.

The MPOWER constellation of SES in Luxembourg currently consists of eight high-throughput satellites, which reached four Falcon 9 starts from December 2022 to December 2024.
MPOWER is now in operation and offers customers all over the world. But the constellation will continue to grow, a total of 13 satellites. Each is built by Boeing and weighs about £ 3,750 (700 kilograms).
“The remaining three satellites from O3B MPOWER are currently being manufactured and are planned for the start in the next 12 months,” wrote SES representative in a short update at the beginning of this month.
Today’s start was the 89th Falcon mission of the year. SpaceX also has three more appearances in the belt this year – test flights of his Starship Megarocket, which took place in January, March and May.
