Japan’s Naomi Osaka, a four-time Grand Slam-Singles Champion, will work with the Polish coach Tomasz Wiktorowski on the rehearsal after shared with Patrick Mouratoglou after less than a year.
Osaka announced the separation from the Frenchman Mouratoglou on social media on social media on Monday, before defeating the Canadian qualifying game Ariana Arsenault in 76 minutes in a match of the WTA Canadian Open in Montreal in 76 minutes.

The 49th place in Osaka began in Canada with Wiktorowski, who trained in the Poland Agnieszka Radwańska from 2011 to 2018 and helped her to reach the final of Wimbledon and the number two in the world in July 2012.
From the end of 2021 to last October, Wiktorowski also trained the IGA Swiatek in Poland, a run in which she won four of her six career -Grand -Slam -Singles title before adding the last to Wimbledon in the early this month.
Osaka, who improved to 11: 1 in games against players who ranked outside the top 100, will face the 13th seed Liudmila Samsonova in the second round. They shared four previous meetings, but Osaka won the two they played on hardcours.
The former Osaka, 27, the 27 -year -old world number one, started working with Mouratoglou last September.

“Merci Patrick It was a great experience to learn from them,” wrote Osaka on social media. “I only wish you the best. You are one of the coolest people who have ever been hit, and I’m sure we’ll see you nearby.”
Mouratoglou said on Instagram that he was “grateful for the trust, the journey and what we have assembled” and said Osaka that he “will always root for you”.
Under the guidance of the Frenchman, Osaka reached the Auckland final in January, but went into retirement after the first set with a belly injury. She won twice at the Australian Open, but withdrew after the first sentence in her third game with the same injury.
Osaka won her first WTA title since the Australian Open 2021 in May 35 de Saint Malo, but fell in the first round of the French Open and in the third round in Wimbledon.
