“It is an honor for me to take on such a historical and popular institution,” he said. “As someone who born in Turkey and grew up in White City, my journey began humbly and delivered newspapers around 13 in front of school, and I never looked back.

“Over the years, I have launched over 50 successful restaurants all over the city, but it is really something special to take over the reins in Regenty Cafe.

“My goal is not to change what people already love in Regency Cafe, but to improve it, extend the opening times, refresh devices, to strengthen and introduce our presence on social media that grasp the spirit of this iconic place.

“We also examine partnerships with large British brands for sauces, beans and more co-branded brands. We can expand the kitchen to provide them for halal restaurants, and reflect the diverse communities and tourists we serve, including many from the Arabian Peninsula.”

Fevzi also said that he would bring the regeneration name to “important global cities”, including Amsterdam, Berlin, Istanbul and Dubai.

“But our immediate focus is on the Regency Street,” he added. “We would like to make sure that it is still a place where locals and visitors can enjoy one of the best breakfasts London.”

The Regency Cafe was opened in 1946 and has so far been under the direction of Italian families.

It was last led by Claudia Perotti and Marco Schiavetta, who decided to call the time in business at the end of last year.

Perotti, who took over the café from her father Tony in 1994, worked with Christie & Co. Property Agent David Wilson on sale and ended a 39-year term.

“After two highly performed days, this legendary café sparked great interest on the market and sold for a best offer for a best and missing offer.

“This sale and interest in generated testimony show how strong the demand for well -established guest transactions in London is.”
