Hallstatt was inspired by Disney’s frozen franchise and is known to attract up to 10,000 visitors a day during the high season. Seven had seen many Instagram recordings of the place and was curious to visit. He was surprised by what he found.

“There were tourist buses and people everywhere,” he says. “To be honest, none of us like it to take landscape photos, but the fairytale surroundings pulled us. When I realized that every picture I took in the framework we decided to change our route and instead go up the slips of the village.”
The cold weather and the strong snowfall made it difficult, but after half an hour the couple reached the edge of the village. They held on a garden to rest a little, and there they found this enclosed, curious cat.
“I tried to bring myself closer to say hello and always expected that it was afraid and run away, but it didn’t.
“We all seemed to be there for the same reason: enjoying a rare moment of peace and enjoying the village, the church and the lake below us. It really felt like I was in a fairy tale like a scene that was too fictional to be real.”
