Five athletes made excellent performance to secure important points inclyde athletics club vital points in the British ranking.
Five were pleased to improve their personal best.

(Image: delivery) Grace Barry and Cara McDougall, who took part in the northwest of Glasgow in the Miler meeting of the Glasgow Athletics Association in Glasgow Athletics Association, improved their performance over 1500 meters and ran strongly during their races.
Barry was back in action at the Scottish National Athletics League game in Grangemouth.
She returned under windy conditions, while in the fastest heat of the 1500 m against older, more experienced competition in the fastest heat of women, and deserved her new best thanks to a strong finish.
The hopeful colleagues of under 17, Molly Farish, worked through the field and ended strongly to get a new personal best.

(Image: delivery) Kiera Gregory, who took part in the 300 m, approached the home route with 100 m to go with the athlete inside neck and neck.
Gregory held her focus and progressed in the last phase to win the heat and an assertion of her new personal best.
All three young athletes achieved services that have won over the UKA standard and won quality points for the club.
In the men’s races, Lochlann Steele was overjoyed to get a new personal best when he won two of the men’s 200 m.
Steele competed in the first heat of the men’s 100 m later heat, ran his two -fast race over the distance and recorded more points for the club.

(Image: delivery) All eyes in the club are now turning to Kyle Brotherton, who was invited to take part in the 1500 -m wheelchair user of the men at the British athletics championships and took place in Birmingham this weekend.
A spokesman for the association added: “Many thanks to the club officials Rhona Bushfield, Gerry Gaffney and Janice Hendrie, who fulfilled the office of the association for the league game.”
