Cristiana Girelli shot Italy on Wednesday in the semi-finals of the Euro-Euro 2025 of women with a clip, including one last winner, in the historic 2-1 triumph of the Azzurre over Norway.
Italy will play one of the owners of England or Sweden the next four next Tuesday after Girelli had gone home in the last minute in Geneva.

The Italians had not reached the last four euros since they lost the final in 1997, and will be a hard nut after seeing Norway, the two of the greatest stars of the women’s play in Ada Hegerberg and Caroline Graham Hansen.
“It is an immense joy for us,” said Sofia Cantore, who used Girelli’s goals.
“Many of us were in tears in tears … The games are now all couplings and we will continue to dream as if we had so far.”
Hegerberg, who also missed a penalty, joined the Norwegians in the 66th minute after Girelli had scored five minutes after half -time.

Juventus striker Girelli has now scored 61 times for her country, although the double on Wednesday is probably the most important gate of her career.
She is also the oldest woman who achieves more than once in a women -euro at the age of 35 and 84 days.
The Norwegians were pioneers of modern women’s football and the first country to win the World Cup, the European Championship and the Olympic Games, but have fallen in the Sydney games since triumphs.
Now managed by Gemma Grainger, Norway has reached the semi -finals of a big tournament since the loss of the euro in 2013.

Italy was the better side for large pieces of the game, but continued to promise the chances that qualified from Group B behind Spain.
Arianna Caruso was the first to swear her lines in the ninth minute when she spread a great opportunity after bundling into the penalty area.
Girelli then held Emma Severini from going home Barbara Bonanseas in the 20th minute by challenging the same ball, although she had little chance of being exerted.
And moments later Severini met a weak shot on the Norway goalkeeper Cecilie Fiskenstrand after he was sent clean by Caruso’s excellent first pass.

Hegerberg almost paid Italy in the 37th minute when Thea Bjelde’s distracted low cross hit her thigh and dribbled far in front of an open goal.
Girelli finally gave Italy her deserved leadership of Prodding Home Cantores Mischit, but Norway seemed to wake up, and as she had in her first game against Switzerland, Hegerberg won both and then scored a punishment.
The former balloon d’Or winner made her terrible mistake six minutes later when she fell on hesitating goalkeeper by Laura Giuliani to bring the leveler home.
Both teams exchanged punches from this point, but it looked as if additional time had been applied until Girelli gave a date with one of the tournament favorites at the last crossroads of Home Cantors.
