After Sir Richard Branson had set up rail, aerospace and even space companies, he announced his company in the cruise industry in 2015. But his first ship, Scarlet Lady, just came when the Covid pandemic, so that she did not do her maiden voyage until 2021. Sailing from Portsmouth, more from Miami, as originally planned in the previous year.
The management was only aimed at younger cruisers-the-die as “seafarers”-and soon experienced a reputation for his nervous concepts. These originally contained a box of sex aids in every cabin (now set), drag bingo and a tattoo salon. But in the years in between, with the introduction of Valiant Lady in 2022 and a resilient lady a year later, the line developed and more focused on its impressive food offers, offbeat entertainment and lively deck parties around the pool.
Wherever the ships sail, they are immediately recognized by their scarlet funnel and battleship-colored gums, more than 100 grayscale viewed before they have chosen the last color.
The crew does not dress instead of driving traditional uniforms, and the virgin Reisen-Branson changed the name of “cruises” because he did not like the “C-word” not about the standard observation lounges and other features of its more traditional competitors.
Instead, there are instagram -abandonable venues everywhere that make it a kind of line that you either love or hate – and if you love enough, you can even buy a ticket for a year -round unlimited cruises for two pounds.

Brilliant Lady’s arrival will add even more goals and longer travel routes. This includes New York to Bermuda, Los Angeles to Mexico, Miami to the ABC Islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao) and Seattle to Alaska. Virgin Voyages will also start a 16-day trip through the Panama Canal.
2. Who appeals to Jungfrau Reisen?
At the start of the line, Brandson said that he wanted to “attract young people who want a good time”. As a only for adults, Virgin Voyages, of course, speaks childless couples or those who can unload their children for a week with their grandparents, and solo travelers, empty nests and groups of friends. The middle age is generally between 43 and 47 and is mostly a mixture of Americans, British and Australians. Although this depending on how long the trip takes, the departure airport and its ship sail.
Balcony cabins have red hammocks, while the Rockstar districts promise turntables, and some even offer guitar rooms. Early users of the top suites were invited to imitate Branson and dance on their foreign tables – the steps that help them have since been converted into planters. In the meantime, ordinary cabins still have beds that can convert into sofas during the day.
Clubber enjoys the manor house, a cool three -story event location, which is named after Branson’s first recording studio. The pool is less for swimming and more for what is seen-especially in Scaret Night and the ice cream salon is called me to the ice. Regardless of whether you think it is hip or exhausting, the voyages in Virgin definitely stand out from the competition.
