Carlos Correa, a World Series Champion and Rookie of the Year with Houston, drives back to the Major League baseball in a blockbuster deal with the Minnesota Twins on Thursday.
The Astros confirmed that Correa had returned to Houston. Media reports stated that he had agreed to play the third basis.

Correa, who waived his no-trade clause, said MLB.com that he and the twins had agreed that it was time for him to continue.
“I had some conversations with the front office in Minnesota and we didn’t move (the direction). I thought we were after the playoffs (in 2023),” said Correa of the website. “And they agreed that it was time to move me.
“I let her know that there was only one team that I would allow if I would happen … I come home and there is only one goal and that is to win championships.”
Puerto Ricos Correa was the rookie of the year of the American League of the year in 2015 and won a World Series title in 2017.
