The music symbol (76) was diagnosed in May with normal print hydrocephalus (NPH). The rare disease can go to problems, which is particularly problematic for an actor like Joel.

NPH is an illness caused by excess cerebrospinal fluid that builds up in the ventricles of the brain, which leads to an increased pressure that can compress the brain tissue and lead to neurological symptoms. It usually affects people over the age of 60.
“This disease was tightened by recent concert performances, which led to problems with hearing, vision and compensation,” says an explanation that was published on Joels Instagram account in May.
“Under the instructions of his doctor, Billy is subjected to specific physiotherapy and it was recommended to refrain from execution during this recovery phase. Billy is grateful for the excellent care he receives and strives to prioritize his health.
