According to the former agent of the Manchester United midfielder, Wrexham pursued an ambitious approach for Christian Eriksen.
The 33-year-old Denmark International is without a club after his contract with United ended the end of the 2024-25 season.

The Agent of Eriksen, Martin Schoots, told The Daily Mail: “Wrexham improves everything on and outside the field and it is an extremely impressive project that Michael Williamson can see from the presence of people like (Chief Executive).

“But Christian still wants to play in a first competition and he really wants to stay in Western Europe.
“There are some contacts, but both sides have to correspond.”
The signing of Eriksen, who won 144 upper limits for Denmark and also played for Tottenham and Brentford in the Premier League, would be an important explanation of the intention of Wrexham’s championship.

Eriksen made 35 appearances in all competitions for United – and scored five goals – and also played for Ajax and Inter Milan in his respected career.
