The NASA and SpaceX started a four -person crew to the International Space Station (ISS) on Friday to get the latest research expedition for the Orbiting Laboratory.

The American astronauts Zena Cardman and Mike Fincke, Japans Kimiya Yui, and Roscosmos Cosmonaut Oleg Platonov highlighted on board a SpaceX crew dragon capsule, which was mounted on a Falcon 9 rocket from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

The capsule called Endavor previously flown four NASA missions and a private mission.

The crew-11 mission marks the 11th crew rotation mission for the ISS as part of the Commercial Crew program of NASA, which was created by partnership with the private industry the successor to the Space Shuttle era.

As part of their six-month stay, the crew-11 astronauts simulate the lunar land scenarios, which could occur near the moon-south pole as part of the artemis program led by the USA.

With the help of hand controllers and several display screens, they test how shifts in gravity affect the ability of the astronauts, space vehicles, including future moonlanders.

Since 2000, the ISS has been continuously inhabited and acts as an important test bed for research that supports a deeper space examination – including any missions on Mars.

Among the colorful freight articles from Crew-11 are Armenian pomegranate seeds, which are compared with a control stack on earth to examine how the microgravity influences harvest growth.

The ISS is to be completed after 2030, whereby its orbit is gradually reducing it in the atmosphere over a remote part of the Pacific Ocean called Point Nemo, a cemetery of space vehicles.

Dmitry Bakanov, the head of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, held talks this week with the incumbent administrator Sean Duffy of NASA.

When the relationships between US Russia shortened at the beginning of the Ukraine secretary, Russia threatened to get out of the ISS at an early stage. But on Thursday, Bakanov continued to confirm Russia for removing in 2030.
