Ryanair and Easyjet under the worst rated airlines for a comfortable sleep

We were all there. I try to make a little nap on a flight, throw and turn into your seat to try to get comfortable.

But it often feels impossible and they feel frustrated with the lack of forty wink.

Now new data have shown that we are not dramatic – it is really difficult to sleep comfortably in the air – at least for some airlines.

Airline’s first Sleep Score Index was published and evaluated a number of airlines based on how easy it is to fall asleep with 35,000 feet.

The data was collected by Sleep Tracking App Sleepagotchi, which dealt with a number of factors when compiling the lists of the best – and worst – in the business.

They looked at a variety of four measures on board to collect a compartment of 100: legroom, seat width, cabin lighting and social media assessment of passengers.

Anton Kraminkin from Sleepagotchi said: “As a sleep-oriented platform that plays better rest and wellness routines, Sleepagotchi is uniquely positioned to analyze how external environments such as aircraft cabins influence sleep quality.

“With more than 1 million users who already earn rewards for improving their sleep, we know first -hand data that context is important. Traveling, especially air travel, are still one of the greatest disorders of healthy sleep routines. That is why we have created this index: flyers a clearer picture of how airlines are ability to get their ability to remain the rest, during the conflict, while helping themselves in the corridors in the areas in the areas of retirement. “

Here are the best – and worst – lists that you can search if you want to fly comfortably soon.
