Luke Shaw fully supports Ruben Amorim’s demanding approach when the head coach of Manchester United tries to change what the defender was admitted, sometimes a “toxic” environment.
The 30-year-old is the longest reigning player in Old Trafford, who came from Southampton in 2014 for a world record fee for a teenager.

During his time at United, Shaw experienced many moments among the positive, and Amorim, the fifth various permanent managers under which the England worked internationally.
The left -back said that the entire squad had to consider whether they were good enough after Tottenham’s final defeat in the Europa League in the Europa League, and it is clear that standards were raised in the pre -season.

“It’s not difficult to see how it was,” said Shaw reporters on her US tour.
“Most of the time I’ve been here in recent years was extremely negative. It can be quite toxic, the environment, it is not healthy at all.

“We need an environment that is healthy that is positive, it has good energy and happiness.
“I think if you have all of these things, you feel free and you squeeze more on the field.”
According to Shaw, Amorim has the full support of United’s squad because the head coach demands 100 percent in all.
“His mentality, his demands – he is extremely hard in the group,” said Shaw.
“He does not leave a stone in any way, and I think there are no stragglers in this group anymore. I think everyone has to put the team in the first place. He made it very clear.
“I think he chooses players about how he is best for the team, and that’s his choice.

“We as a player, we are full of him and fully behind his ideas and what he wants to implement in this team.
“We feel like a real team, especially in this pre -season. Since I was back, the group has been together and that is something we have to keep to make a family and everyone together, and we all go in the same direction.”
United was 15th place last season and is currently taking part in the Premier League Summer Series in America.
Amorim’s team defeated West Ham 2-1 in New Jersey at the weekend and appears against Bournemouth on the Soldier Field in Chicago on Wednesday evening on Wednesday evening before he faces Everton in Atlanta on Sunday.
