Amelia Rajecki revealed that despite the defeat in the first round of Wimbledon qualifying, she did not regret.

But while Rajecki has to wait a year before another shot to reach the lawns of the nearby SW19, the 23-year-old admitted that she still had fun.
“It was hard,” said Rajecki. “In the entire game I felt, I served well and had a risk of what a shame is when you can cede at the wrong end and not take it.”
“She is a very experienced player and it was good edges. The breaker was 8: 6 in the first set, but this experience in big moments and knew what to do and doing it made the difference.
“I also hesitated with pressure and it came to me in the second set. Experience has a massive impact on these things.

“It is my second time that I play Grand Slam Qualifying. It is a new experience every time and it is a learning curve, and I am glad that I could go out there, play a good tennis and have fun.”
Rajecki, born in Nottingham, developed her tennis in the college system in the USA and completed a four-year stay in North Carolina before graduating last year.
Although the 23-year-old is no longer a member of the Wolfpack, the 23-year-old will return to the drawing board. Rajecki hopes to pull her friends and colleagues overseas to return to profit methods.
She added: “Being in the USA, she helped massively. At 18, I was not ready to play professionally and worked on my game and me for four years.

“It is very different from the professional level because you know that you play every week. It also helped deal in a team and support each other and to go to help. It is different on the professional tour because it is only.
“In America, the way of thinking and the lifestyle is very different here and I have thrown away because there are many good players and they are in a situation in which they, when they are quite high, the pressure on them is every game and it was something I could get used to.
“I was able to work on myself without worrying about what someone else thinks and know what I wanted to do so I could put it into practice.”
