The Open 2025: Tea Times in the third round, data on how to observe money and have a price

Matt Fitzpatrick’s impressive second round 66 brought him to an excellent position to end the 33-year-old waiting for an English winner of the Open, but he has to overcome the discouraging figure of the world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler if he wants to end the drought.

Just a few minutes after the US open champion in 2022 had returned to the top of a large ranking list and had a total number of nine-under-Par at Royal Portrush, his American rival was thrown at 16 and 17 consecutive birdies to achieve the lead from the golfers of the Sheffield golfer.

The US PGA winner of May saw in threatening form after 10 under -his 64 round comprised eight birdies, a missed putt for another and only one bogey -and he looked as unattached as always, even when the heaviest rain of the week drives the connections for a good 45 minutes.

The last world No. 1, which cited or divided the lead after 36 holes of an open in 2006, was won.

“I give myself the opportunity to win the golf tournament, but there is still a damn long way,” said Fitzpatrick, who will play with Scheffler in the last group on Saturday.

When is it open?

The tournament begins on Thursday, July 17th, with the last round on Sunday, July 20,.
