According to non -authorized claims, the advertising authority (ASA) has banned an advertisement for excursion drinks “that they can help them feel calm and reduce stress and fear.

Since then, the self-proclaimed “CBD brand No. 1” in Great Britain has removed this messaging from its marketing material that contained an explanation on its website, which was seen in December how the drinks can be used to relax “when the work is over” or “in the morning a long day”.

The brand also claimed that its mixture of ingredients – including magnesium citrate – “was made because of calm”.

After an investigation in which complaints examined three important questions, the watchdog came to the conclusion that the news about certain health claims was “not authorized”.

Yahoo UK contacted Trip for a comment.

Depending on the taste, the ingredients vary from drink to drink. However, the basic ingredients in all flavors are:

Some mixtures, such as the raspberry orange flower and chamomile, also include magnesium citrate (depending on the location, a 250 ml 24 mg can contain).

Magnesium citrate can particularly help relieve constipation by increasing the amount of water that absorbs your intestine.

The mineral magnesium is now important for physical function and contributes to healthy nerves, muscles, bones and cardiovascular systems. It was also associated with improved sleep and a reduced fear.

With regard to the CBD extract, which is available in excursion drinks, the brand indicates that there are 25 mg in every can.

Cannabidiol (CBD) products have become increasingly popular – not only in Great Britain, but all over the world.

According to a report on 2023 of the Food Standards Agency (FSA), 100 CBD products were on their public list throughout England and Wales -with more than 12,000 CBD products associated with food applications. The rehearsals included everything from sprays and oils to drinks and even dogs.

CBD does not cause a high, although it is a chemical that is derived directly from the hemp system.

While there are various health claims related to the active ingredient, further examinations are required to determine their benefits and security.

In conjunction with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC, AKA, the psychoactive component in cannabis), it is used in medicine to treat symptoms of multiple sclerosis (MS). There are also traces of CBD in certain epilepsy.
