by The Yorkshire County Cricket Club has announced that Bennison has signed his first professional contract with the county.
Just two weeks after the value of 103 for a Young Lions Invitational XI against India U19, the young dough signed a two-year rookie contract by 2027

Bennison, a product from Sheriff Hutton CC in North Yorkershire, which has been working in the club since the U10, will be climbed by the Yorkshire Academy from the Yorkshire Academy, where it is impressed by considerable runs in the Academy and 2nd XI games for several years.
The 18-year-old said he was thrilled to have written his new deal when he spoke on the club’s official website.
“Yorkshire is my home club to say now that I am a professional cricket player with the club.
“Without the incredible support of the Yorkshire path, I couldn’t have made it up to this point. All coaches I had at this time contributed massively to make it up to this point.

“I am incredibly excited about what the future is doing and I enjoy the opportunity to continue my cricket trip. I know that the hard work starts now and I’m looking for to go.”
The right -hander became known for many when he scored 106 out of 95 balls for the second XI against Surrey in York last year and helped them to follow a mammoth 407 to win.
Bennison was received remarkable awards at the beginning of this season, after he was named with three of his colleagues from the Yorkshire Academy in an English young Lions Invitational XI and impressed at the head of the order.

“We saw how he developed as a very experienced cricket player and his contract is only a reward for the commitment he has shown. Special recognition has to go to the St. Peters School in York and Will’s family, who have immensely supported him.
“Although it is clearly a very talented cricket player, his work ethic and his desire to improve has undoubtedly contributed to getting this point.
“Everyone in the club and I all know in his family and in the sheriff Hutton CC, will be incredibly proud to see his contract, and we are all excited to see him thrive in the coming years.”
