Hernandez fires the farewell shot on AC Milan

The French international Theo Hernandez, who joined Saudi Club in Al-Hilal, got on the market when he was managed by AC Milan when he said goodbye to the club and his fans on social media.

Milan became eight in Serie A last season in the middle of vocal protests against the association’s American owners.

In a farewell position on Instagram, Hernandez, a left back that can play in midfield, repeated this criticism.

“Milan was always my priority,” he wrote. “But unfortunately not everything depends on one person. The direction in which the club has entered and some recent decisions do not reflect the values ​​or ambition that brought me here.”

The 27 -year -old Hernandez came from Real Madrid to Milan in 2019. He made 262 appearances for the club and scored 34 goals.

“After experiencing unforgettable moments such as winning series A and the Italian super cup and especially after sharing the changing room with extraordinary people,” he wrote.

The club went through three coaches last season and has just appointed a fourth, Massimiliano Allegri.

Hernandez thanked “every trainer who believed in me”, the Paolo Maldini, the technical director of the club until June 2023, “for his proximity, vision and leadership”.

He also thanked the fans.

“Feeling your support was a privilege that I will never forget and carry in my heart forever,” he said.

“I drive with a head,” he wrote. “I go with a full heart and with the hope that Milan will soon return to the place she deserves. Milan will always be part of me.”
