Sünner wins Wimbledon creation after Dimitrov -Herzschmerz, Djokovic survived

Jannik Sinner went to the Wimbledon quarter-finals on Monday after a tearful Grigor Dimitrov was injured while she survived complete control over the match while Novak Djokovic survived.
