An adult guide to the capital of Thailand

Thailand and his beating heart, Bangkok, are aimed at all types of travelers, from the budget-conscious backpacker to the super luxe-Holiday maker, which makes this living city so unique.

After visiting the Thai capital at various points in my life a few times as part of a round-world journey with a serious budget, and in a further period in which they were looking for the temple and the kitchen of Mesmerizing Myanmar in 2012, it was time to return. However, this trip would look at the high-end side of Bangkok. And high-end bangkok is certainly.

Apart from the tourist Khao San Road and the hundreds of hundreds of hostels, there are no less than 34 restaurants with a Michelin star as well as a variety of ultra-luxury boutique stores as well as beautiful galleries and many flawless five-star hotels. Adult Bangkok has never looked better.

But what Thailand and its capital undoubtedly make so fascinating, regardless of whether they are traveling in a high-end or reserved manner, are its inhabitants. Wherever I traveled in the country, whether solo, with friends or as part of a couple, Thai people never failed to enchant me with their real warmth and generosity.

If you think, respect and read local customs and dress appropriately (to cover your shoulders and knees in temples, for example), Bangkok will reward in an insufficient way to deliver exquisite memories.

There is also an flawless spa-the ideal adult space for Thai massage and a coffee roaster, which then brings it back to life. Dear Street Art? Near Talat Noi overflows all types of funny designs and colorful murals, from hyper-real illustrations to painted man hole covers, do not miss it.

Round the ideal day in Bangkok by hiking the banks of Chao Phraya River to Wat Phra Kaew (the temple of the Emerald Buddha) on the site of the city of the city. The area built in 1782 remains one of the most impressive sights in the country. A gold-plated structure is located in a 26-inch Smaragd Buddha, which is one of the most sacred Buddha pictures in Thailand.

Make sure that the Golden Stupa in Sri-Lanka-style also anchored the relics Buddha. The deeply spiritual place becomes even more magical when the sun goes down and the light gold dome turns into a more subtle, magical photogenic shadow.

While 24 hours in Bangkok are not near enough time to try the dazzling selection of bite, snacks and meals, there are some outstanding places that impress, regardless of your budget. Pad Thai is a must for lunch, and the hundreds of street stands of the city with low plastic hairs earn a call.

Take a look at what looks the most busy and bought with ice-cold beers from 7-eleven (it is a bangkok law on passage). Or for Great Pad Thai, in a refined environment, for Baan Phadthai, where a delicious deconstructed version impresses both locals and tourists.
